In Short

  • Support the Amsterdam team and oversee day-to-day operations of the EMEA office.
  • Keep staff informed and be the go-to person for office information.
  • Anticipate office needs and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Build strong relationships with office vendors.
  • Assist with onboarding employees and manage badge assignments.
  • Plan and execute corporate events.
  • Support one executive team member directly.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on tasks.
  • Communicate on behalf of the executive team.
  • Lead the Emergency Response Team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office administration.
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills with Google Apps.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
