Overview

The ServiceNow Engagement Lead Business Analyst is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Business Analysts to capture our customers’ business processes and desired outcomes across the entire ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of business-related experience
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform preferred
• Exposure to HRSD and CSM workflows
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk
• Effective facilitation and mentoring skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in relationship management
