Overview

Netflix is seeking a Manager of Account Management responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who function as strategic partners to sales, maximizing revenue and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

In Short

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
  • Partner with Sales Directors on sales strategies and workflows.
  • Develop new processes for efficient Account Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
  • Provide updates on client feedback and campaign performance.
  • Develop training strategies for Account Management.
  • Work with FP&A on revenue forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze sales data for performance improvement.
  • Establish relationships with key clients and media agencies.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management and Sales Planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Sales Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of digital media sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and software.
  • Understanding of Advertising Measurement vendors.
