Overview

NetDocuments is looking for a results-driven Customer Growth Marketing Manager to generate an expansion pipeline within our existing customer base. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation and customer marketing—focused on creating pipeline-driving campaigns and managing customer events.

In Short

  • Own and execute campaigns that generate qualified upsell pipeline from our current customer base.
  • Plan and manage customer-facing events (virtual and in-person) to support expansion goals.
  • Partner with Sales to identify high-potential accounts and coordinate monthly outreach programs.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, account-based plays, and webinars.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and messaging tailored to firm size, region, or product usage patterns.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics like demo requests and program ROI.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Crossbeam, and intent data to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation or customer marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong skills in campaign strategy, email marketing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Bonus: Experience in the legal tech spaces.
