NetDocuments is seeking a Legal AI Value Engineer to be a key driver of client success in adopting and expanding AI-powered legal technology. This individual contributor role is ideal for a legal tech or legal operations professional who thrives at the intersection of law, AI, and client engagement.

• Build strong, consultative relationships with legal ops leaders, attorneys, and technologists.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business and legal needs.
• Deliver high-impact product demos showcasing advanced AI functionality.
• Drive adoption through onboarding and customized training.
• Serve as a technical translator between client goals and AI solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in legal use cases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide actionable feedback.
• Help clients define and measure success metrics tied to platform usage.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to ensure continuity across the client journey.
• Identify new use cases and help scale platform engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal experience with a strong grasp of legal workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative, customer-facing role.
• High technical aptitude and natural curiosity about AI systems.
• Understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts.
• Strong communication skills across audiences.
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and timelines.
• Business acumen to support ROI conversations.
