Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of PatternBuilder, our powerful platform for AI, document automation, and intelligent legal workflows. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, scalable experiences that enable legal professionals to uncover insights, automate routine work, and unlock more value from the world’s leading cloud-based content management platform.

In Short

• Define and evolve UX patterns, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Create high-quality design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive UI modernization aligned with the design system.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to validate designs.
• Communicate design rationale to teammates and stakeholders.
• Identify and solve design challenges proactively.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes.
• High proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Solid grounding in user-centered design principles.
• Experience aligning work to design systems.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Success working with cross-functional, agile teams.
• Ability to manage and track work transparently.
