AI Engineer - Legal AI - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and optimizing LLM-powered solutions.

• Collaborate with product, design and legal teams to design and build LLM-based solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Develop tools for data extraction and document analysis.
• Implement agentic flows within AI systems.
• Evaluate and experiment with different LLMs.
• Focus on continuous quality improvement of AI solutions.
• Design evaluation frameworks and metrics for performance measurement.
• Automate evaluation processes within the development lifecycle.
• Ensure data security and integrity in AI systems.
• Experience with LLMs like OpenAI and HuggingFace is preferred.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with LLMs.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Experience with evaluating and tuning AI models.
• Familiarity with backend development and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
