Overview

NetBrain is looking for a collaborative and customer-minded leader with a strong technical background in network design and service delivery to join our post-sales organization as Manager, Network Automation Services, working a hybrid schedule out of our Hyderabad office.

In Short

• Manage and mentor a team of network automation engineers.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive network automation strategy.
• Design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for network management.
• Oversee the execution of network automation projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
• Monitor and analyze network performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering or IT operations.
• Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and management systems.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams.
