Manager, Integration Services - Remote

Overview

As the Manager of Integration Services, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and leading a diverse team of new and established Integration Analysts and Integration Engineers in a fast-paced education technology environment.

In Short

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Edmentum’s Integration Services team.
• Foster strategic partnerships across departments and organizations.
• Cultivate alliances with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage and resolve escalations from the team.
• Conduct regular data audits and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize data insights to advocate for the team.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
• Exercise fiscal responsibility by controlling costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in business or technical roles.
• 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in managing a team of 5 or more direct reports.
• Experience in training and leading remote teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Strong grasp of business principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional abilities in data monitoring and analysis.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
