Overview

As a Software Engineering manager, you will lead a team of developers and engineers responsible for the technical design, development, delivery, and support of NeoGenomics’ internally developed platforms and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in application development and team management.
• Experience in scientific or healthcare-related environments.
• Familiarity with lab information systems and EHR.
• Experience with .NET web APIs and Python.
• Strong experience in data architecture.
• Utilize SPA frameworks like Vue.js and React.
• Experience with cloud offerings, Azure preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
