Software Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in leading large engineering teams and overseeing multiple projects that drive data solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Mastery of an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in data engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience leading data engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and ETL processes.
• Mastery of SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and issue resolution techniques.
• Ability to understand complex systems quickly.
