In Short

• Remote position with a Monday – Friday day shift.
• Facilitate efficient processing of information for laboratory operations.
• Provide level 2 support for applications used in laboratory operations.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations of end-user needs.
• Deliver timely responses and resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support all laboratory off-the-shelf software, including equipment and analysis software.
• Maintain familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems.
• Create training documents and job aids for supported software.
• Support internal and external customers with product training.
• Recommend product or system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 8 or more years of experience in application support preferred.
• Expertise in databases and data integration platforms.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for laboratory software support.
• Computer literacy with lab software and change management.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills including communication and task management.
• Ability to travel to laboratory sites as needed.
