Overview

The Application Support Specialist role involves supporting FOIA case management and other information access solutions in a U.S. Government environment, focusing on system operation, performance, and user enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in .NET framework with Oracle backends.
• Ability to elicit and refine system enhancement requirements.
• Proficient in accessing and querying Oracle databases.
• Experience in application patching and performance analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Six years of IT experience with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to College Park, MD.
• Ability to obtain DOE ‘Q’ access.
• Experience managing virtual instances in AWS is desired.
• This position is contingent on funding.
