Overview

NeoGenomics is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative located in Northeast (NY, MA, RI, VT, CT, NJ, or ME) who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.

In Short

  • Develop and implement territory management and planning.
  • Sell NeoGenomics’ products and develop new accounts.
  • Engage with customers to support continued ordering and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide account management and sales activities for existing Tier D customers.
  • Analyze targeted accounts to acquire their business.
  • Maintain detailed records in SalesForce.com.
  • Support corporate objectives with key selling messages.
  • Work primarily with a provided call list to schedule virtual calls.
  • Identify new opportunities through cold calling and trade shows.
  • Must use approved tools for product promotion delivered through virtual platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • 0-2 years’ sales experience preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and business acumen.
  • Skilled in persuasive techniques and negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical and/or laboratory market environment.
  • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
