Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Neo4j, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing support role preferred.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience troubleshooting JVM-based software.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
  • Background in database technologies.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Java and Cypher query tuning.
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for customer success.
