Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Neo4j’s growth by articulating business value, shaping solutions that address customer needs, and accelerating adoption within enterprises.

In Short

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer challenges and success criteria.
• Drive value-based selling, articulating Neo4j’s unique differentiators.
• Own the pre-sales engagement, delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations.
• Map customer requirements to Neo4j product capabilities.
• Develop proof-of-value demonstrations and prototypes.
• Work closely with the sales team to support deal qualification.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Professional Services for implementation.
• Collaborate with key partners to drive joint solutions.
• Support local marketing events and community initiatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership through webinars and blogs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience.
• Deep expertise in value selling and understanding of the sales process.
• Experience in technical discovery and consultative solutioning.
• Graph database expertise and knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with hyperscalers and their data services.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, sales-driven environments.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications is a plus.
