Regional Marketing Specialist (West) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing specialist with a passion for delivering seamless, high-impact event experiences. This position is a key member of the Americas Marketing team, responsible for planning and executing in-person and virtual events across the Americas.

In Short

• Support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and third-party event campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end execution processes including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Support sales enablement through timely lead delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain and optimize campaign tracking through Salesforce and other systems.
• Build and manage a centralized repository for marketing materials.
• 3–5+ years experience in B2B event or field marketing.
• Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Self-starter with a proactive work style.
• Comfortable managing vendors and contracts.
• Bachelor's degree required.
