Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key driver of Neo4j’s growth by articulating business value, shaping solutions that address customer needs, and accelerating adoption within enterprises.

In Short

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer challenges.
• Drive value-based selling and articulate Neo4j’s differentiators.
• Own the pre-sales engagement with impactful presentations.
• Map customer requirements to Neo4j product capabilities.
• Develop proof-of-value demonstrations and prototypes.
• Work closely with the sales team to support deal qualification.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Professional Services.
• Collaborate with key partners to drive joint solutions.
• Support local marketing events and community initiatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership through webinars and blogs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience.
• Deep expertise in value selling and technical discovery.
• Graph database expertise (Neo4j, OrientDB, etc.).
• Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Industry experience in Financial Services, Retail, etc. is a plus.
