Head of Scrum Management - Remote

Overview

As Head of Scrum Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies, facilitating the Scrum process, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products efficiently.

In Short

• Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching multiple Agile development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Ensure Agile teams adhere to best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
• Foster open communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on team progress and KPIs.
• Document scrum processes and maintain relevant documentation.
• Responsible for the line management of Scrum Masters and Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with leading people and line management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Jira/Confluence.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance.
