Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a mid-market and enterprise portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving retention and growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional program management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
