Overview

The Manager, Channel Accounts at Nearmap is responsible for retaining, delighting, and growing our largest partners, resellers, and referrals, acting as a strategic partner to drive growth through go-to-market strategies.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
  • Identify and engage potential new partners to expand the network.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Document and maintain records of channel activities.
  • Provide timely account management updates to leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
  • Represent Nearmap at industry events and conferences.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams for partner success.
  • Comply with local legislative requirements and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5 years of account management/channel experience.
  • Experience with relationship building and partner growth.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and geospatial solutions.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and strategic mindset.
  • High competency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
  • Master’s Degree Preferred.
