Overview

The National Western Center (NWC) is seeking a Janitorial and Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations, manage contracts, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety at its Denver campus.

In Short

• Manage service contracts and KPIs for janitorial and food & beverage services.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide training to staff to meet city, state, and federal guidelines.
• Oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Schedule and manage staff according to budget.

Requirements

• 5 years of industry experience in janitorial and food & beverage management.
• Experience leading teams in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple events and staffing needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
