In Short

• Lead and manage event operations and client interactions.
• Coordinate logistics and details for successful event execution.
• Ensure positive guest experiences throughout events.
• Manage event budgets and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with various teams for event planning.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Support the growth and scaling of event operations.
• Advise on budget and revenue forecasting.
• Maintain communication with clients and staff for event success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event operations or production.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic accounting and budget management skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift moderate weights.
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
