Campus Ticketing Manager - Remote

The National Western Center (NWC) is a reimagined 250-acre campus in Denver, Colorado with a vision to be the global destination for food and agricultural discovery. The Campus Ticketing Manager will act as a primary point of contact between the venue, clients, and ticketing companies, ensuring all ticketing needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience in the event industry preferred.
• Experience in large-scale event venues.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish / English).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of ticketing inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems and data analysis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
