The National Western Center (NWC) is a reimagined 250-acre campus in Denver, Colorado with a vision to be the global destination for food and agricultural discovery. It is the new home of the National Western Stock Show and Colorado State University’s Spur campus. But the future National Western Center isn’t just new buildings. It’s a destination unto itself. In Short

• Manage event space setup, reset, and teardown.
• Oversight of event equipment movement and storage.
• Implement room sets according to event specifications.
• Conduct inventory control and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide training to meet guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience in event conversions and room setups.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Arena, Convention, Stadium settings is helpful.
• Ability to manage multiple events and staffing needs.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Dependable with excellent time management skills.
