The Conversion Manager will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the conversion funnel for a leading gaming company, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving growth through data-driven strategies.

In Short

  • Analyze the full conversion funnel for optimization opportunities.
  • Design and execute CRO strategies using A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Paid Media, and CRM teams.
  • Monitor daily KPIs such as registration and activation rates.
  • Own the testing roadmap and continuously optimize based on performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to track user behavior.
  • Ensure a smooth cross-device and cross-channel user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in conversion optimization or growth marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools like Google Optimize and VWO.
  • Understanding of UX principles and their impact on retention.
  • Experience in fast-paced, test-driven environments.
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English skills are a plus.
  • Self-starter with a focus on performance metrics.
