Overview

Xsolla is seeking a Conversion Ops Manager to take full ownership of monitoring, investigating, and improving payment conversion rates across our global ecosystem.

• Monitor payment conversion trends across games, platforms, regions, and payment methods
• Investigate underperformance signals and uncover root causes behind conversion drops
• Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to drive resolutions
• Maintain structured documentation of findings, insights, and improvement opportunities
• Support the development of alerting logic and data-driven performance tracking
• Contribute to internal reports and partner-facing updates

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, product operations, fintech, gaming, or payments.
• In-depth understanding of conversion funnels and payment systems.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience in interpreting payment response codes and transaction flows.
• Familiar with troubleshooting issues impacting customer relations.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings.
• Strong documentation skills and adept at managing multiple investigations.
• Proactive in seeking out signals and patterns to address potential issues.
