Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

Nash is building the logistics infrastructure for the internet, focusing on last mile orchestration with information completeness solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build, test, and iterate on features.
• Debug production issues across systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in React (or similar frontend frameworks) and Python.
• Experience designing and working with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including TypeScript and component-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment best practices.
• A combined passion for great user experience and scalable backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong preference for Bay Area - Nash operates a hybrid first product team with an office in San Francisco.
• Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bonus: Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, WebSockets, and integration-heavy systems.
