Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

Edelman is seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end solutions leveraging both React on the front end and Python/FastAPI on the back end.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain data-centric web applications.
• Create and enhance reusable UI components in React.
• Write unit tests, end-to-end tests, and conduct manual testing.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in technical and architectural decision-making.
• Document your work for ongoing development and maintenance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack web application development experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Python (especially with FastAPI).
• Familiarity with state management libraries and chart libraries (optional).
• Experience with databases and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Snowflake).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
