Overview

We’re hiring a Supply Partnership Manager to be the critical operational link between Nash and some of its most strategic Delivery Providers. You will manage the relationship with each Delivery Provider, be accountable for ongoing performance, monitor integration health, and enable and ensure seamless operational scalability.

In Short

  • Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end.
  • Become an advocate for providers internally.
  • Be a product expert on the Nash Platform.
  • Understand integration nuances and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Partner with Merchant team for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Leverage data for performance improvement.
  • Lead growth initiatives with each provider.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing and technical role.
  • Proven success in owning strategic relationships.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
  • Experience advising product/engineering leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to rapidly master a product.
  • Excellent communication and executive-presence skills.
