Overview

Horace Mann is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven strategic Partnership Manager to lead the full lifecycle of Horace Mann’s education partnerships — from sourcing and onboarding through renewals and growth.

In Short

• Serve as the primary executive liaison for education association partners.
• Translate partnership agreements into actionable marketing execution plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Events, and Field teams.
• Lead quarterly partnership performance reviews and develop performance reports.
• Manage renewals and strategic renegotiations of partnership agreements.
• Develop and maintain executive-ready partnership materials.
• Identify and champion growth opportunities for partnerships.
• Track, analyze, and report ROI and marketing performance.

Requirements

• H.S Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in partnerships or account management preferred.
• Success in marketing and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of building relationships at senior levels.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Normal office environment.
• Periodic travel may be required.
