GTM Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

Narvar is scaling its GTM systems function, and we’re looking for a GTM Systems Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. This role will play a key part in strengthening system usability, uncovering AI opportunities, and enabling smoother cross-functional execution.

In Short

• Architect and implement high-impact system improvements across our GTM tech stack.
• Drive innovation by researching and operationalizing AI opportunities.
• Integrate and evolve GTM tools like Salesforce and Zapier.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements.
• Manage foundational Salesforce configuration.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and optimize native integrations between applications.
• Own or coordinate tech debt cleanup projects.
• Collaborate with the Head of GTM Enablement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or business systems analyst.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong grasp of GTM revenue systems and technical concepts.
• Interest in AI to improve GTM processes.
• Understanding of GTM processes and strategies.
• Ability to scope, document, and prioritize technical solutions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
