In Short

• Lead end-to-end negotiation of complex enterprise SaaS agreements, focusing on banks and financial services.
• Make business-savvy risk trade-offs to unblock revenue quickly.
• Create and maintain AMER-specific playbooks and clause libraries.
• Advise on US privacy/marketing laws and align with SOC 2 expectations.
• Partner with Sales, CS, RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to streamline operations.
• Provide strategic counsel on US expansion and regulatory strategy.
• Lead support for corporate governance and commercial vendor contracts.
• Implement contract tooling and metadata hygiene.
• Own continuous improvement of processes in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years’ PQE in commercial SaaS with deep in-house experience.
• Active US bar membership.
• Expertise in US privacy and marketing laws.
• Experience negotiating with financial services.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• Experience building playbooks and implementing contract tooling.
• Responsive support in US time zones.
