Overview

As a Remote Support Analyst at Cayenta, you will be involved in resolving customer issues related to software applications, making a significant impact from anywhere in Canada or the United States.

In Short

  • Provide timely resolution to customer issues.
  • Monitor support call queue and manage tickets.
  • Interact with internal departments for issue escalation.
  • Assist in problem solving of data and interface issues.
  • Respond quickly to customer calls with updates.
  • Develop understanding of applications to address issues.
  • Provide recommendations to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Understand support service agreements.
  • Suggest enhancements to products or processes.
  • Work remotely from Canada or the US.

Requirements

  • University or technical college degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in the utility industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Customer Information Systems preferred.
  • Excellent client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, or web technologies preferred.
