Overview

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative person eager to learn to work as a Junior N2 Support Analyst.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to clients.

  • Proactively seek general knowledge through online training and courses.
  • Learn about tools through observation and directed materials.
  • Simulate problems by sending documentation to the N3 team as instructed.

  • Follow defined processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in N1 and N2 technical support.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Understanding of system logic.
  • Knowledge of data integration and exchange.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs.
  • Proficiency in support tools.
  • Advanced Spanish.
  • Good communication and articulation skills.
  • Excellent writing and text interpretation skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and investigative mindset.
