Overview

The Junior Support Analyst at Sensedia will be responsible for supporting clients using our API services, ensuring operational support and addressing various challenges in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of API design principles and integration.
  • Ability to manage tools and interpret system data.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, cURL, SoapUI).
  • Experience with ticket management tools (Zendesk, Jira).
  • Clear and assertive communication skills.
