Overview

The Junior Support Analyst will provide technical support to clients, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products by investigating technical issues and collaborating with internal teams.

In Short

  • 100% remote position
  • Provide technical support via tickets and video calls
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Document and categorize support tickets according to defined SLAs
  • Perform testing on the platform to validate issues
  • Escalate complex problems to higher levels when necessary
  • Analyze and debug code with guidance
  • Collaborate with consulting, engineering, and customer success teams
  • Stay updated on product functionalities and dependencies
  • Develop technical content such as documentation and FAQs

Requirements

  • Clear and assertive communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of API concepts and practices using RESTful design
  • Ability to manage tools and interpret data for system diagnostics
  • Basic programming logic knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, cURL, SoapUI)
  • Completed or ongoing education in technology or related fields
