In Short

  • Conduct tests on the platform to validate issues.

  • Analyze and debug code under guidance.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the company.
  • Stay updated on product functionalities and dependencies.
  • Contribute to individual and departmental KPIs.
  • Develop technical content such as documentation and FAQs.

Requirements

  • Clear and assertive communication skills.
  • Knowledge of API concepts and RestFul design patterns.
  • Ability to manage tools and interpret data for system diagnostics.
  • Basic programming logic knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with functional testing tools for APIs.
  • Completed or ongoing education in technology or related fields.
