Regional Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and comprehensive establishment and maintenance of our Smart Locker network in Northern Germany.

In Short

• Coordinate various trades (e.g., electricians, construction companies) to create the infrastructural prerequisites for setting up our lockers.
• Organize and supervise maintenance of existing lockers in your region through external service providers.
• Regularly assess and perform quality control of the lockers in your vicinity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document and report on the measures taken.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., electrician, mechatronics, plant mechanics).
• Residence in Eastern Germany, ideally near Berlin.
• Strong hands-on mentality and independent working style.
• Openness to work in a digitalized environment with agile methods.
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel regionally.
