Avantor is seeking a strategic and customer-oriented Regional Operations Manager to join our Laboratory & Production Services (LPS) team in the UK. This role involves national travel and leading operations across multiple customer sites to support scientific innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in an operational or scientific environment.
• Experience in developing customer sites and implementing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded leader with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of GxP/GLP/GMP is desirable.
• Experience in laboratory services or scientific customer management is a plus.
