Area Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Area Operations Manager will oversee operations remotely, ensuring effective communication and service delivery while leading a team to achieve performance goals.

In Short

• Remote position with a preference for candidates in NY, NJ, or PA.
• 1st shift, Monday to Friday.
• Salary range of $65K - $72K plus a 5% annual bonus.
• Manage customer service and account management operations.

• Travel required as needed for operational support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in customer service or account management.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Training in spill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and HAZWOPER is advantageous.
• GMP and GLP training preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
