Regional Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

AirGarage is on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking. We replace broken parking machines, fragmented software, and manual operations with a unified, data-rich operating system for parking real estate.

In Short

• Manage operational and financial performance across the region.
• Design repeatable processes and manage third-party vendors.
• Develop pricing and enforcement strategies.
• Balance execution with analytical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner Success teams.
• Lead the enforcement fleet and ensure peak performance of facilities.
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and reliability.
• Travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings.
• Work remotely with occasional in-person collaboration.
• Contribute to scaling operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, banking, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with SQL and reporting tools.
• Process-driven with ability to design and enforce SOPs.
• Proactive and resourceful in managing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
• Willingness to travel (~20% of time).
