In Short

• Close collaboration with the delivery and software development teams
• Support in product discovery processes and technical project management, including Agile Kanban and Sprint planning
• Backlog grooming and Jira board reviews
• Testing and demonstration of innovations
• Communication between stakeholders and development team
• Maintenance of Jira boards, tickets, and the development roadmap
• Technical coordination with integrated customers from logistics and e-commerce in an international environment
• Identification and coordination of AI potentials in business processes
• Internal and external stakeholder management and meeting moderation
• Product management for internal processes focusing on automation

Requirements

• Several years of experience in product or project management, preferably in software development
• Experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping in tools like Figma
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• High affinity and strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• We value your experience and competence and align with market-standard salaries. The collective minimum salary for this position is €2907.60 gross per month, with significant overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.
