Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager (Onboarding) to lead onboarding strategy, delivery, and iteration for our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success teams across EMEA. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every new hire—from BDRs to Account Managers to Sales Leaders—ramps with clarity, confidence, and impact.

In Short

  • Own and continuously evolve onboarding programs across all Sales segments in EMEA.
  • Design and deliver modular onboarding paths that balance global consistency with regional and role-specific needs.
  • Develop field-relevant, high-impact content to support new hire success.
  • Facilitate or coordinate live sessions for onboarding cohorts.
  • Leverage LMS, Notion, Gong, and async tools to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Equip frontline managers with tools and training to coach new hires effectively.
  • Define and track onboarding KPIs to measure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new product and messaging changes.
  • Launch revamped onboarding programs and achieve high satisfaction scores.
  • Drive improvements in early-stage pipeline creation among new hires.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Enablement, Learning & Development, or sales roles in a tech environment.
  • Experience designing or managing sales onboarding programs.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Command of the Message.
  • Excellent project management and content development skills.
  • Fluent in enablement tools such as Gong and Salesforce.
  • Creative and passionate about human-centered onboarding.
