Overview

We are seeking a dynamic SDR Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Enablement team at Payscale. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering targeted training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of our Sales Development Representatives.

In Short

  • Partner closely with SDR leadership to plan and execute a strategic enablement roadmap.
  • Deliver and optimize a structured onboarding program for new SDRs.
  • Create and enhance training materials for SDRs.
  • Deliver virtual instructor-led onboarding and ongoing enablement programs.
  • Launch targeted training initiatives to address skill gaps.
  • Provide coaching and development for SDRs.
  • Create and deploy a bench program for high-performing SDRs.
  • Align SDR enablement initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Provide updates on SDR effectiveness to leadership.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate success of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or training/enablement programs.
  • Proven experience in sales development or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional training and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze sales KPIs and metrics.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, LMS & Conversation Intelligence tools.
