Fulfilment Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fulfilment Associate to join our Fulfilment team at Multiverse. The Fulfilment Team works with customers to create initial excitement amongst their employees (candidates) in our upskilling programmes.

In Short

• Actively reach out to candidates via phone calls, SMSs, and emails.
• Assist in driving candidates to start and complete their applications.
• Collaborate with Fulfilment Executives & Implementation Managers.
• Create memorable and delightful candidate interactions.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal team members.
• Help achieve performance metrics relating to applications.
• Provide inbound support to candidates via Intercom.
• Support onboarding of apprentices and apprentice managers.
• Assist apprentices in transitioning to new employers.
• Exhibit flexibility and resilience in handling changing priorities.

Requirements

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Previous experience in a startup or consulting environment is preferred.
