Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with named accounts in the North American region, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through consultative solutioning.

  • Flexible to work in NAMER shift timings.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS or HR.
  • 2 to 3 years in a customer success/account management role.
  • Proven track record of overachieving goals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with value-based sales and account planning.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to change.
  • Experience in HR SaaS is a plus.
