Overview

Brevo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure enterprise customers maximize their use of the Brevo platform, managing a portfolio from onboarding to renewal.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients from onboarding to renewal
  • Drive client satisfaction, growth, and platform adoption
  • Deliver demos and training on Brevo's product
  • Act as a reliable advisor to clients
  • Identify and close development opportunities
  • Be the voice of the customer to Product and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams
  • Report client portfolio health in Salesforce
  • Adopt a data-driven approach

Requirements

  • Customer-centric focus with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the CRM or Martech industry preferred
  • Strong ability to manage customer needs
  • Proven track record of target achievement
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
  • Ability to drive issue resolution collaboratively
  • Proactive, autonomous, and data-driven
