Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Operations Trainee (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about working in dynamic tech environments and eager to enhance recruitment processes.

• Support our CEO & RPO in managing and supporting ongoing projects.
• Communicate with customers and review applications.
• Learn how to create and deliver job ads.
• Collect, review and process business information, customer feedback, and requests.

• Take part in interviews, applicant communication, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new processes.

Requirements

• High performer in studies or other fields.
• Solution-oriented with attention to detail.
• Experience as an intern in Project Management, Business Management, or HR Management.
• Bachelor or Master in HR Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2); French is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interest in tech and ability to handle applications like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and reliable.
