People Operations & Recruitment Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Operations & Recruitment Specialist to support both our People Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a keen eye for detail.

In Short

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews.
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee records.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Coordinate internal employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage logistics of interview scheduling.
• Assist in candidate communications and job postings.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with recruitment reporting and insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR coordination or Recruitment support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
